Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services We provide IT support, software development, and website programming as outlined in each project agreement. Any additional features or changes requested after project start may require updated pricing.

2. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required access (hosting, accounts, content, etc.) to ensure project completion.

3. Payments Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Work may pause if invoices remain unpaid. All deposits are non‑refundable once work begins.

4. Revisions Projects include a set number of revisions. Additional revisions or feature changes may incur extra fees.

5. Intellectual Property Final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment. Drafts, internal tools, and development assets remain our property unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality All client information, data, and project materials are kept confidential and will not be shared without permission.

7. Liability We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, third‑party services, hosting issues, or client‑made changes. All services are provided “as‑is.”

8. Termination Either party may terminate the project. Completed work and time spent will be billed accordingly.
