Refund policy

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for work that has not yet been started or when a project is canceled before any deliverables are provided. Once planning, development, or design work has begun, all payments become non‑refundable due to time and resources already invested.

If a service issue occurs on our end, we will review the situation and may offer a partial refund or service correction at our discretion.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment.
